1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bdgoga, including all associated games, betting markets, promotions, and support services accessible via bdgoga.bet ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by bdgoga ("we", "us", "the Company"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

bdgoga reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bdgoga, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bdgoga, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account on bdgoga that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bdgoga or by a recognised responsible gaming body.

Each individual may hold only one registered account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts for any reason — including to circumvent bonus restrictions, self-exclusion decisions, or account suspensions — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any of your registered information changes. bdgoga is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

bdgoga operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point that bdgoga considers appropriate:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bdgoga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an account if verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time, or if the documents provided are determined to be fraudulent, altered, or insufficient.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgoga username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdgoga will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

You must notify bdgoga's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdgoga accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them voluntarily with another party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on bdgoga are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and protect the account holder.

bdgoga reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Where checks are pending, the transaction may be temporarily held. You will be notified by email or in-platform message if further information is required.

Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bdgoga offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the following general rules and to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds cannot be used to place bets on certain low-margin markets or game categories. The applicable exclusions will be listed in the promotion terms.
• bdgoga reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has exploited a promotional offer contrary to its spirit or terms, or where multiple accounts have been used to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

bdgoga reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, unless doing so would materially disadvantage players who have already begun meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets available on bdgoga are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports market, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence in respect of that specific game only.

• Slots and casino games: All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). bdgoga does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino: Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to those providers' published game rules. Technical interruptions during a live game will be resolved in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy.
• Sports betting: Cricket, football, and other sports betting markets on bdgoga are governed by the applicable market rules stated in the sportsbook section. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change, bets will be settled in accordance with bdgoga's standard sports rules, which are available in the Platform's help section.
• Crash games: Games such as Aviator by Spribe are governed by Spribe's published rules. The outcome of each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm.
• Voided bets: bdgoga reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account wallet.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdgoga is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may set time reminders that alert them when they have been logged in and actively playing for a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Temporary exclusion periods range from 7 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable and will result in account closure.
• Reality check: Players may enable a pop-up reminder at regular intervals showing their net wagering activity during the current session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgoga and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit markets unfairly.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing errors to obtain unfair advantage, including systematically identifying and betting on "sure bets" arising from manifest pricing mistakes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for processing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with bdgoga's team.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any bdgoga support agent or other player via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdgoga Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall layout and structure of the site — is the intellectual property of bdgoga or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdgoga. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy and Data

bdgoga collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations that bdgoga is required to comply with.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgoga's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your bdgoga account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdgoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside bdgoga's reasonable control.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you believe that bdgoga has made an error in settling a bet, crediting a bonus, or processing a transaction, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

bdgoga will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final written response within 14 business days. During any investigation, bdgoga may temporarily restrict account withdrawals. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction, bdgoga will communicate the available escalation options at that time.

14. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your bdgoga account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your primary withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements, provided the balance has not been derived solely from bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements.

bdgoga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• bdgoga has reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• bdgoga is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• You have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and your account balance is zero.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, subject matter, or validity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by the applicable legal framework in the relevant jurisdiction at the time the dispute arises.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgoga with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
